We started McKenna Gatherings after planning our own wedding and realizing just how many things could be simpler, more personal, and more reasonably priced. Too often, planning an event means navigating endless add-ons, confusing packages, and extra charges for the things that should just be part of the experience.
We wanted to do things differently. We're a small, hands-on team who genuinely cares about making your life easier and creating experiences that feel like you. Whether we're serving drinks from Tipsy Pine, helping you exchange vows somewhere in the mountains with Wildwood Vows, or preserving your flowers through Petals Kept, our goal is the same: take something off your plate, make it special, and never nickel-and-dime you along the way.

Where do you work?
We're based in Oregon and serve couples and event hosts throughout the Pacific Northwest, including Oregon and Washington. For Wildwood Vows, we're especially excited to travel for outdoor ceremonies and elopements in the mountains, forests, and other meaningful places.
Do you only work with weddings?
Not at all. Weddings and elopements are a big part of what we do, but Tipsy Pine is also available for private parties, celebrations, corporate events, and other gatherings. If you're planning something and aren't sure if we can help, ask us. We love figuring out creative ways to make it happen.
Can I customize your services?
Absolutely. We don't believe in forcing every event into the same package. Tell us what you're envisioning and we'll work with you to create something that makes sense for your gathering, your location, and your needs.
